Stop losing the leads you already paid for.
I own three Chem-Dry locations. I was tired of watching paid leads die on hold, estimates go quiet, and repeat customers drift away. So I hired AI employees to work those jobs in my own business. Zeebuilt is where I show other Chem-Dry owners exactly how to do the same.

- 3 Chem-Dry locations, owner-operated
- Runs on your stack: Housecall Pro + GoHighLevel
- Built in a live franchise, not a demo account
The real problem
You don't have a leads problem. You have a follow‑through problem.
Every Chem-Dry owner I talk to is paying for demand, then leaking it in the same three places.
-
Leak 01
The 8:40pm lead
A form comes in while you're at dinner. Nobody texts back until morning. The customer booked whoever answered first, and you still paid for the lead.
-
Leak 02
The quiet estimate
You drove out, measured, quoted. They said “let me check with my wife.” Nobody followed up on day 3, day 7, or day 14. That job died of silence, not price.
-
Leak 03
The forgotten customer
Someone loved your work 14 months ago. Their carpet is due again. They haven't heard from you since the invoice, and the next cleaner they call might not be you.
None of this gets fixed by working harder. It gets fixed by giving the follow-through jobs to somebody who never sleeps.

The Estimate Chaser
Works every unbooked estimate until it hears yes, no, or “call me in the fall.”
-
The Review Getter
Turns finished jobs into fresh Google reviews and routes bad news to you privately.
-
The Reactivation Rep
Mines your customer list for overdue cleanings and fills your slow weeks.

Who's behind this
Owner to owner.
I'm Mike Court. I own and operate three Chem-Dry franchises across Phoenix, Denver, and Chicago, on the same stack most of us run: Housecall Pro and GoHighLevel.
I'm not a consultant, and I'm not selling a course. I build systems because I need them. My goal for 2026 is to run all three locations on about an hour a week of my attention, and the AI employees in the guide are how I'm getting there. The data engine behind them runs live in my Phoenix location today; the roles are rolling out across all three.
Zeebuilt exists because every owner I meet at convention asks the same question: “what's actually working?” This is me answering it in public, with my own business as the test lab.
